We are starting a new church wanting to reach those who are far from God. Maybe they've never been to church, or they've possibly turned their backs on the church. Perhaps the church has turned it's back on them. Regardless, we want to try and reach them.

We are in need of several core teams to get us off the ground. We will need people who want to work with youth (will be subject to state/federal background checks), adults, musicians and/or small groups.

our son goes to malta head start. he has a medical condition that makes him poop his pants. malta head start has made him paranoid about it and now he always thinks hes poopy. head start has made him afraid that hes pooped himself. they also took it upon themselves to give him metamucil without our written consent. eventually the doctors told us to give him metamucil but head start was giving it to him long before doctor even prescribed it. the head start bought it themselves and was giving it to him without our knowledge. they also demanded to attend a doctors visit. also,a few days ago,we got a knock on our damn door,it was social services. someone called them giving false statements saying our son is not being fed,hes dirty and that he poops his pants. yeah,he has accidents,but he has a medical condition. thats why he does it. the other two accusations though are complete lies. we are 99.9 % sure head start called social services on us and if we find out it is,there WILL be HELL to PAY!!!

I am desperately seeking help from anyone that has information... I am a displaced worker, as so many people are right now. I'm hitting dead ends in finding funding for school. The school doesn't qualify for any Fanny Mae loans, my husband makes too much money (ha!!) for me to qualify for any financial aid, and I am not disabled, so I have been turned down for any Vocational Rehabilitation or WIA programs. I am desperate to find options, I know what I want to go to school for, I also know that I will be successful upon graduation. My local job service hasn't been any help in trying to find other options, and I don't know where to turn next. Does someone know where I can turn on a State level to open my case? Or where I can look for grants that may help me through training? I am a woman, non-minority, that was in a specialized field of labor-intensive work prior to lay off. I can't seem to get hired anywhere because I am 'over-qualified' for the open positions that I have applied for. I am also specialized, so no one wants to give me a chance! I am HOPING that with all the new stimulus offered out there right now, I can find a way to be able to go to school and come out having something great to offer to any community, from the public level all the way to the governent level. If ANYONE out there has even a little tiny direction to point me in, I would be unbelievably grateful! Grants, who to contact at a State or even federal level, women's groups that may be able to offer me something... I am hitting dead ends on my own.
