What a beautiful way to start the holidays!! 12 Foot Christmas Tree, 5'6" wide. 1300 clear lights with 3300 tips. If one bulb burns out, the entire tree will stay lit. 2 year warranty, tree was just purchased last year. Stand is included. I bought the tree due to the beautiful branches and height. I prefer multi lights on my tree and if you do too, try what I did. I simply added another 1500 multi colored lights to the tree and didn't plug in the clear, just the multi. But the beauty with that is...you CAN still plug in the clear as well so ultimately you have three choices on how to light the tree, clear, multi or both and it worked perfectly. Tree is just too big for me. It is flame retardant and has pre attached hinged branches. Still in original box. Excellent, brand new condition.
