I will be moving to the Missoula area in a couple of/few weeks, so that I can help my grandma with my grandpa, whom had a stroke recently. I am a VERY responsible (credit score of 737), 28 year old female, and will be living there by myself. I keep a clean house and like a quiet/comfortable sanctuary to call home. I am a good neighbor and try to respect people around me. I do have a dog (**I have a reference letter for the dog, from a Century 21 Property Manager, and they were impressed with how well the house was kept, and how friendly Kayah was, even when I was not there.**) She is very quiet, excellent around children (loves them) and other people, is well-behaved, potty-trained and VERY sweet/friendly (I've raised her like my own child...haha, and I bathe her often).
I would prefer a month-to-month lease, but may consider short-term and then month-to-month thereafter. I need a SMOKE-FREE HOME with a fenced yard, preferably as close to South Hills/Russel/Brooks/Imperial Way or Whitaker, as I can get, since my grandparents live on Imperial Way. I have all of my own furniture, so I would not need the place to be furnished, unless the rent was reasonable. I am SMOKE-FREE, DRUG-FREE, and RARELY drink alcohol. I don't bring parties home, will NEVER trash or disrespect someone else's things, and will do my best to maintain your home to your expectations.
