I will be moving to the Missoula area in a couple of/few weeks, so that I can help my grandma with my grandpa, whom had a stroke recently. I am a VERY responsible (credit score of 737), 28 year old female, and will be living there by myself. I keep a clean house and like a quiet/comfortable sanctuary to call home. I am a good neighbor and try to respect people around me. I do have a dog (**I have a reference letter for the dog, from a Century 21 Property Manager, and they were impressed with how well the house was kept, and how friendly Kayah was, even when I was not there.**) She is very quiet, excellent around children (loves them) and other people, is well-behaved, potty-trained and VERY sweet/friendly (I've raised her like my own child...haha, and I bathe her often).

I would prefer a month-to-month lease, but may consider short-term and then month-to-month thereafter. I need a SMOKE-FREE HOME with a fenced yard, preferably as close to South Hills/Russel/Brooks/Imperial Way or Whitaker, as I can get, since my grandparents live on Imperial Way. I have all of my own furniture, so I would not need the place to be furnished, unless the rent was reasonable. I am SMOKE-FREE, DRUG-FREE, and RARELY drink alcohol. Husband and wife with baby on the way plus a well mannered wiener dog (that we would be willing to vouch for with a pet deposit).

Though we went to high school in the Bitterroot, we just moved back from Idaho because my husband started a new, amazing job in Missoula. We have a house in Idaho that we fixed up and are renting out so we know how it feels to be on the landlord end of things. Lucky for us, we have great renters!=)

Currently, we are renting in Lolo, a very nice little in town place but could seriously lean out the window and touch our neighbor's house! Not really our style!

We don't want some ginormous gorgeous house complete with ginormous rent! Just a clean, nothing fancy cabin with wood heat and well water. My husband is a fantastic handy man and could use a garage to carry out his skills.

We prefer not to be in the Bitterroot (too busy!). Perhaps out towards Potomac and beyond? Our lease is up in February though I have already talked with my landlord and being the cool guy he is, understands our wanting to move and is okay with it. Baby's due in May so it doesn't have to be next month. You might not even have an opening till March. Either way that's cool. I just want a plan!

I'm moving to Great Falls at the end of the month for a job opportunity, and I need a place to park myself and my sweet golden retriever for a while.
I'm pretty quiet and easy-going, always pay rent on time and am very clean and organized. My dog is well-behaved - I went through a puppy training with her when she was little and have kept it up as much as possible. Her nature is also fairly laid back compared to other retrievers.
I would prefer a fenced yard, but am open if that's not available. I would also like a house or apartment with lots of light, if possible.
I'm looking for something in the $400 - $500 range, which is negotiable, and also I would be fine with a 1 - 2 bedroom house or apartment. I do have a boyfriend with an 11-year-old son living in Missoula, and they will be visiting every other weekend when the weather isn't bad. They are also responsible, clean and friendly people. We're more the family type rather than the party type.

Non-Smoker or smokes outside only, Pays their rent and utilities on time, someone who enjoys the outdoors and all the fun montana has to offer. I am fine with people coming over, no biggy to me at all, but like I said I work predawn so I like it to be fairly quiet at night after ten,(other than the weekends, I dont work than so I dont care) To all the liberal hippy artsy folks don't waste your time or mine.
