**Cleaning the Shop Sale**

General Contractor is cleaning the shop and has a number of specific items that need to be sold.

Items for sale include:

- A variety of Simpson Strong tie joist hangers, base plates, osb/sheathing clips, hurricane clips, and a number of other Simpson items.

- A variety of large and small hex and carriage bolts w/ nuts to match, lag bolts, concrete screws, self-tapping screws, etc.

- There are a number of damaged power cords, air hoses and power tools including an older Rockwell table saw that a handy individual may find useful.

We are trying to find the floor in our shop again and need to unload these items ASAP. Any reasonable offers will be accepted. These items are pretty well organized but not inventoried. It would be best to e-mail me to set up appointment to come by and take a look rather than asking for a list of items.

Wood stove that will heat with used motor oil and wood. This is a great stove that can heat a 40x60 shop. Heats up fast and hot. EPA will not let me use it here in Libby, so I am selling for use out of this area. It needs air pressure to feed the oil. You will need to remove and load this, it is very heavy Works great and heats for cheap. I will take 600.00 or maybe will trade.

40X60 CEDAR LOG CABIN. 3"x6" manufactured cedar logs. It could be rebuilt as it originally was or into smaller cabins. The original structure would take about 250 man-hours to build on your concrete slab or foundation and framed floor. It consists of a flat roof supported by 5-glu-lam beams and 25-4x12 fir beams, and 2400 sqft of 2x6 tongue and groove pine decking. All materials are stacked at my shop yard. Attached are photo's as the structure was being dis assembled. The original had 10' walls and a flat roof but a pitched roof could be built.

Have approximately 450 or more 1x6x6ft rough cut cedar fence boards. This was an old fence that was replaced. There are LOTS of usable boards. Some would have to be cut down a few inches on the bottom but for a smaller yard or garden area they would be good. I was going to use them but have not gotten around to it, so decided to start with new in the spring. Fence was taken down in sections and can be moved easily with a trailer.
