1976 Dodge Motorhome (Gardiner) $1600

This motor home is in very decent shape for its age. It is an F-30 model. All the appliances work with the exception of the hot water heater. The water heater was not drained properly and was frozen by the previous owner and has a large crack in the bottom. It could possibly be brazed to fix it. It has 10700 miles on it. The engine starts easily and runs extremely well and is very reliable. The roof has had some previous leaks but they have since been fixed. The front tires are new and the rear tires are in very good shape. The brakes were recently replaced and the transmission was serviced as well.

Snow Mobile Track in new condition 126" X 1 1/4"??? I am guessing it was a new pull for a more aggressive track replacement. I'm sorry but I do not know exactly how to measure a track. The underside pattern is exactly like my Yamaha Enticer II, but it is too short for my machine. I would like to sell it or trade it for a 136" track for my machine. Here is the story of how I came to own an rv that I do not want or need. I am getting divorced and need to get out of my house, the sooner the better!!! I thought it would be a great idea to buy an rv to live in for a little while...park it on my friend's property and not pay rent and save up some money. Not such a good idea since I don't know a damn thing about motor homes. Not even a month ago I purchased this rv from two very nice people who drove it five hours to me because I have never driven something that big, nor do I want to. On the way to bring it to me they blew a radiator hose and so they pulled over, patched it, put water in it, and drove it the rest of the way. I immediately took it to Bretz RV in Missoula and that's when the trouble started. I dropped it off and explained to them it had a problem with the radiator hose and had water in it rather than coolant. They called with a list of things to do to make it comfortable to live in for winter and some basic repairs it needed to the tune of about $2000.00. I went over everything with them and authorized repairs. They did them, then called back two weeks later to inform me that the freeze plug had blown out. Obviously I would not have spent a dime on something needing major engine repairs. To make a long story short there was lots of cursing and discussion back and forth. They took the engine apart and examined everything and replaced the freeze plugs . Basic details on the rv at the time I purchased it for $4800.00:

Here are the things I did to it at Bretz, to the tune of $1875.81 (happy to provide receipt)
Replaced water pump, thermostat, gasket, hose clamps, vaccum switch, vaccum line, replaced all fan belts, replaced stove top regulator on propane stove, replaced both house batteries with brand new ones, replaced LP regulator at tank (I can't even remember what that means but it was something important.) They also changed the oil and checked everything again to make sure it had no coolant leaks.
So basically I just want to get rid of this thing and get back some of the money I spent on it because I don't know a thing about rv's and this is not for me. If you want someone who can show you the ins and outs of how this thing works, that's not me or anybody I know. I do know that the people who sold it to me demonstrated everything and it all seemed to work fine. The only thing not working was the generator wich needs a circuit repair, which I declined to repair and assume still doesn't work. We drove it today from Missoula to Potomac and it drove alright...minus some strange accessory noise in the engine bay that I think Bretz did when they put the water pump in sounds like a belt rubbing on something. If you know something about these and would like one that's in good shape inside and has had a bunch of money dumped into it by a clueless fool, this is probably a good rv for you. Asking price is less than what I paid plus what I put into it but I will entertain offers. I got excited when I authorized the repairs and ran out and registered the thing so I have a clean title in hand. Bottom line is I'm getting divorced and I just want to sell this so if it sounds like it might work for you, LET ME KNOW.

This is about the best shape you will ever find an exciter. Sled has 3163 miles on it, which is very low if you know anything about these older yamaha sleds.
