I'm transferring to UM in Jan for Spring semester. I'd like to find a place where the lease ends in May, so no payments over the summer, but can be flexible for the right apt. I'm 21, female, laid back, into sports and outdoor activities. I like to party on the weekends and get my school work done during the week. I'm looking for either an apt or house close-ish to UM campus. I'm not into drama. I don't smoke. I do have 2 cats that I'd like to have with me if the place allows.
