2004 Ford Excursion Limited Diesel with 4wd.
Runs great, especially in the winter. Does amazing in the snow.

Nothing wrong with the engine, it is the original 6.0, also has no leaks!

It does get 19mpg! Lowest I’ve seen it get is 12 in four wheel drive.

Regular oil and fuel filter changes

Did upgrade the headlights to LED’s, it makes all the difference in the world at night.

It tows good, does well up to around 6,000lbs, maybe a little more. I have towed it with more, it struggles. Again, it’s older, so it doesn’t have that 11,000lb umph anymore! It does have an upgraded towing prong, from a 4 to a 7.

Newer batteries, new windshield, newer tires, nothing special, just the normal maintenance.

A couple things to mention, it’s not brand new, but it does better than most American made cars with the mileage it has on it.

Drivers side window sticks, but works.

Radio went out last year, I have an aftermarket radio to replace it with, if I get time to install it.

Compass went out a while back, and the rear entertainment doesn’t work.

The door light that’s on the dash, has always been on, I’ve owned it for 4 years, never had any issues with it, it’s just on.

Also the A/C hasn’t ever really worked either. I recharged it once, lasted for a while, then went out. This thing heats up excellent though in the winter time! Won’t leave you cold.

Why am I getting rid of it? Honestly, we just don’t need it anymore. It’s time to let one go.
