Loader Operator
Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Loader Operator to join our team. The Loader Operator is responsible for safely operating heavy equipment to load trucks, move materials, maintain stockpiles, and support daily operations. The ideal candidate is hardworking, reliable, and willing to assist with various tasks as needed.
Responsibilities
• Safely operate wheel loaders.
• Load trucks efficiently while ensuring proper weight distribution.
• Move, stack, and organize materials and stockpiles.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections.
• Perform routine maintenance and report mechanical issues.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Assist truck drivers and other crew members as needed.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Complete required paperwork and equipment logs.
• Support daily operations by performing additional duties when assigned.
Qualifications
• Previous loader or heavy equipment operating experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate equipment in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors.
• Valid driver's license required.
• CDL is a plus but not required.
